I think it would be a smart idea for us "Smart Moms" to do something different for Christmas. I have bags and bags of clothes that my son no longer wears and toys that he no longer plays with that are in good condition. I would like to trade some of these items if not all of them, for clothes, toys, or whatever anyone else has that is no longer needed. I think its a very good idea to trade because it saves money. I am not an only child, and sometimes my hand-me-downs were brand new things my sister had never worn.

My oldest son is 6 years old and my youngest is 9 months. Everyone gives us clothes for them. I have baby clothes still with the tags on them. I usually end up giving them away, but I think it would benefit me better if I could trade them with other moms who might have something extra or even used and no longer needed.
